Trail Rides
Trail rides are a unique and fantastic experience at Bailey’s Walking After Midnight Farm. We have several Quiet and Gentle Tennessee Walking Horses, and a small Quarter Horse mare for our trail rides. (People with bad backs will love our comfy horses. Think “NO BOUNCING”.)
We ride as fast or slow as you like. (We ride to your confidence level… but your safety and the horse’s safety are 1st and foremost). We create a memorable experience with riding tips (as needed), while we meander through historic woods and fields, splash through Sleepy Creek, and cruise back country roads. With your appointment you get fitted for your helmet and stirrups so that your ride is safe and comfortable.
We can accommodate groups of 1 – 3 people, maybe four? When you call Melissa she will make sure we have the right horse for you and your guest(s). Riders with and without experience will have the time of their life on our gentle and slightly spoiled trail horses. You are welcome to help groom your horse after the ride and feed carrots.
